Yadi Lei Min, was born with 14 toes and 12 fingers. Lei, who lived in the township
south of Yangon Okkalarpa in with his mother and his brother, had seven fingers on each foot and six fingers on each hand.
Guinness Book Record previously noted two children from India, Pranamya Menaria and Devendra Harne as polidaktil in the world.
Both are Indian children, aged respectively five and 15 years. Two children have 12 fingers on each hand and toes respectively 12 and 13 fingers.
Polidaktil is a condition of congenital anomalies that occur in one out of every 500 live births. Typically, an additional digit finger can not be used or non-functional.
